Omelette

 
     
 

Description

Basic omelette, easy prep, more difficult to cook properly. Allow 1-2 eggs per person

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • ham or any other meat of choice
  • green salad
  • sweetcorn, spring onions mushrooms
  • cooked poatoes
  • grated cheese
  • peas or any other vegetables of choice
 
 

Method

Prepare salad and any vegetables and meat for the fillings:
1.Chopped ham and sweetcorn
2.Grated chees wih spring onions and mushrooms
3.Cooked potatoes and peas or any other meat or vegerable of your choice

To Cook an Omelette:
Spray pan with vegetable oil and heat
Beat the eggs (slightly saled) and pour eggs into pan , moving mixture about he pan until almost set.
Fill with one of the fillings and continue to cook until mixture has set.

Sprinkle omelette with grated cheese and serve with sald of your choice.
