Yoghurt Norma

Yoghurt Norma, a Delicious summer pudding from Karen Walker, East of Scotland

Ingredients

• 2 Large tubs of Natural Yoghurt, (Not set)
• 1 Bag Marshmallows
• 1 Tin Strawberries

Method

Pour Yoghurt into a mixing bowl.
Cut marshmallows in half and add to the yoghurt.
Drain the strawberries, cut them in half and add to the mixture.
Mix all together and leave in the fridge over night. Delicious summer pudding.
