Meat Loaf

Description

A delicious main course usually served with vegetables

Ingredients

• 1lb mince
• 4 oz bread crumbs
• 1/4 pint stock
• Small Onion
• 1 teaspoon Worcester Sauce
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional 1/4 teaspoon all spice

Method

Grease a baking tin
Heat oven regular 4 (350 deg F)
Grate and chop the onion
mixed the beef and all other ingredients to soft consistancy
Press mixture into tin firmly
cover with foil or greaseproof paper
Bake for 45 to 60 mins until firm
Serve with gravy or tomato sauce
