Pasta with pesto & bean salad

Pasta with pesto & bean salad. A very quick and simple dish from Jennifer in Scotland

Ingredients

• Pasta of choice eg fusilli, penne
• Olive oil
• 1 tin mixed bean salad (drained)
• Pesto – to taste
• Marg (knob or scraping)

Method

Boil water
Add pasta & a spoonful of olive oil
Quick stir (to prevent sticking)
Cook 8 min tops or per instructions
Drain pasta
Immediately add marg & pesto to combine ingredients
Add bean salad and mix
Serve hot or cold.
